Dim Sum is the Chinese tradition which involves a variety of light dishes served with Chinese tea – a wonderful dining experience where you can sample everything from crunchy fried tidbits, to pillowy soft steamed dumplings and potstickers. Together with Robin you will roll, fill and
fry your way to a tasteful new experience. You will prepare:
Pork and Cabbage Potstickers
Steamed Pork Buns
Chickenand Shiitake Wontons
Salmon and Scallion Potstickers
SteamedShrimp and Garlic Chive Dumplings in Crystal Dough.
All will be sampled
with complementing sauces and tea.
